Each course is suitable for both beginners and those more advanced and for both men and women.

Monday Motivator

Monday 9.30 – 10.30 with Jacqueline at Mansel Road
An energetic, upbeat class, full of fun, and not for the faint hearted! These classes are a great start to the week for those who like to be challenged with stronger exercises. Innovative use is made of every day items which double as Pilates small equipment to build challenge and interest. If you love a varied and quite demanding repertoire – this may well be the class for you.

After Work Mondays

Monday 18:30 – 19:30 with Carole online
A moderately paced but nonetheless challenging class. The exercises are inspired by classical Pilates with plenty of alternatives for anybody who needs them. The emphasis is on counteracting lifestyle-impacted postural habits, which makes it perfect for after work. The main feeling here is really what you would hope to find at the most professional Pilates class – precision, clarity and fine attention to individual needs.

Pilates for Strength

Tuesday 9.30 – 10.30 with Suzanne at Mansel Road
Tuesday 12.00 – 13.00 with Cherese online
Pilates-inspired movements for those for whom working on balance and muscle and bone strength are essential to maintain their full and busy lifestyle. Safe exercises that offer the challenge you need to keep your body strong and flexible. The emphasis is on creating strength and a sense of ease in your body with functional movements that will support you in doing all the things you want to do in your life.

Intelligent Movement

Wednesday 9.30 – 10.30 with Jacqueline at Mansel Road
An exploration of the deeper aspects of Pilates. Absorb into the movements and discover new revelations about your body. It’s challenging, intelligent exercise. The instructions are precise and very clear. Your knowledge that you are in safe hands facilitates an openness to a deeper experience than you’ve previously known. This might be just what you need to ‘get’ Pilates in a new and refreshingly different way.

Resistance Based Pilates

Thursday 9.30 – 10.30 with Suzanne at Mansel Road
This class is populated by people for whom increasing strength and balance is a priority. The demand is for innovative movements which are challenging and progressive. Creativity and sensitivity with respect to the repertoire of exercises is a given. Inspiration is in abundance. 

Level: General

Classes are available both in our venue in Wimbledon and online in the comfort of your own home. When you join a course in our venue, you have the option of taking part of the course online should you wish. Or you might prefer online for all of your classes. It’s your choice.

Our Pilates in Wimbledon classes are structured to keep everyone safe. Our hall is well ventilated with a very high ceiling. Class sizes are limited with plenty of space between mats. We endeavour to take care of our clients with all the Covid-secure precautions you would hope to find whilst providing a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Online streaming means that you have many of the advantages of the usual classes but without the need to leave home. Our instructors will take you through the exercises and check that you are performing everything in a way that is best for your body.

The courses are progressive. Please note that apart from in exceptional circumstances, our course fees may not be transferred to future courses or refunded. Whilst we always try to have continuity of teachers, this is not always possible and so we reserve the right to substitute alternative teachers if necessary.
